Terms of Use

1. What this is

These are the terms for using Coin Bank ("the game", "we", "us"), operated by Coin Bank SRL (Chișinău, Moldova). By playing, you confirm you are 16 years of age or older and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We have no way to independently verify your age — your own confirmation, given once when you first open the game, is the entire mechanism, and these terms do not claim otherwise.

2. Play money only — read this part twice

Everything in Coin Bank is simulated. Nothing in the game has any real-world monetary value, today or ever.

• Your cash balance, your Bitcoin balance, every trade, every claim, every reward — all of it is virtual, for entertainment and learning only.
• There is no way to cash out, withdraw, sell, transfer, or convert anything in this game into real money, cryptocurrency, or any other thing of value. This will never change without an entirely new agreement, clearly presented to you, replacing these terms.
• The Bitcoin price shown in the game is a real, live market price, used only to make the simulation realistic. Trading in the game does not buy or sell any real Bitcoin, and has no effect on any real market, exchange, or asset.
• If we ever introduce optional purchases using Telegram Stars, they will be for cosmetic or convenience items only — never a way to acquire anything that converts to real money, and never a way to change your odds of winning anything, because there is nothing to win in the real-money sense to begin with.

3. Nothing here is financial advice

Coin Bank is an educational simulator. Nothing about the game — the price chart, the trading mechanics, any in-game outcome — is investment, financial, or trading advice, and none of it should be relied on to make decisions about real money or real cryptocurrency. Past performance of the simulated price (which simply mirrors the real market) is not a guarantee or prediction of anything.

4. Your account

• You need a Telegram account to play; your Coin Bank account is tied to it.
• You're responsible for your own Telegram account's security. We can't recover a Coin Bank account if you lose access to the Telegram account behind it.
• Choose a display name that follows the in-game naming rules (enforced automatically). We may reject or reset a name that violates them.

5. Rules of the game

To keep things fair for everyone:

• Don't use multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard, referral rewards, or any other feature.
• Don't attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the game's systems, including trying to gain currency or progress through means other than normal play.
• Don't use an offensive, impersonating, or misleading display name — our moderation system and team may block or change one that violates this.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service for other players.

6. Moderation and account actions

We may, at our discretion, restrict a feature, reset progress, or ban an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the game. Every such action is logged internally for accountability (see our Privacy Policy §3). Where practical, we'll tell you why.

7. No uptime or data-preservation guarantee

Coin Bank is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and your progress intact, and we take regular backups (see our Privacy Policy §7), but:

• We do not guarantee the game will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
• We do not guarantee your progress, balance, or account will never be lost, reset, or affected by a bug, an incident, or maintenance — again, because none of it represents real value, the stakes of any such loss are limited to the game itself.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Coin Bank at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these terms, without it creating any obligation to you (since, again, nothing in the game has monetary value to compensate). You may stop playing, or delete your account entirely, at any time — see our Privacy Policy §10 for how deletion works.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll show you a one-time notice the next time you open the game. Continuing to play after that notice means you accept the updated terms. If we ever change §2 (play money only) in a way that would make anything in the game have real monetary value, we will not do so under these terms at all — that would require an entirely new, separately and clearly presented agreement, not a routine update to this document.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, matching where Coin Bank SRL is registered. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Chișinău, Moldova. (This is our default as a Moldova-registered company, not yet independently confirmed by counsel.)
